an administrative/manager needs to lead with at least the
same job knowledge as what is required of staff members.
A leader needs to help shape current and long-range planning
to ensure sustained results that are spotless, safe, and efficient.
Steps to Enduring Success
1. Administrative/manager calls TQH advisor at 800-873-2000.
2. Perform an in-depth study of TQH Education and Training modules.
With your TQH advisor, develop a plan for moving forward.
3. Commence staff education, training, and product introduction as
per your established plan.
To ensure lasting success, there needs to be a comprehensive
quality control program that acknowledges employees for work
excellence and efficiency—using quality control as a tool for building
employee self-confidence and job pride. An administrative official’s public
“thank you” for excellence nurtures confidence and bolsters morale.
